Recipe for the pastry as follows:
250g salted butter
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp full cream milk powder
450g plain flour + 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
1. Cut butter into smaller cubes
2. Rub butter with flour till resembles breadcrumbs
3. Mix in lightly beaten eggs n vanilla essence
4. Add in milk powder, icing sugar, flour n baking powder.
