Durian Pancakes Crepe - by Jacy Mak

Made durian pancakes for my mother and girls Taste super good !
Recipe-
2 eggs
100g cake flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
250ml milk
Half tsp of vanilla essence

For filling-
100g whipping cream
Durian pieces (on your choice)
Method-
- Mix cake flour, sugar, and milk together. Then, add in melted butter. Stir well. Then sift the batter.
- Pan fry the crepe using frying pan.
