5 egg yolk,
50g sugar,
pandan juice 2 to 3 tbsp,
a drop of green coloring,
coconut milk 100g or fresh milk 80ml,
cake flour 80g
1 tsp baking powder.
Corn oil 60 ml
5 egg white
Sugar 50g
1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
I baked at 180 degree for about 12 to 15 minutes. The cake will crack if over baked.
