traditional Japanese sponge cake recipes..
this recipe can make strawberry shortcake ..
180g of eggs
90g of egg yolk
180g of cake flour
180g of sugar
90g of butter
Mix the egg and sugar tell fluffy
Fold in the flour then butter

Bake at 170 degrees no fan just static heat..
Note please use quality unsalted butter and high quality Japanese cake flour ..
