皮料:
包粉-250g
酵母-3G
幼糖-50g
盐-1\2小匙
发粉-1\2小匙
白油-15g
温水-130ml
做法:
1)所有材料(除了温水),用手搓成面包粉的状态。
2)加入温水揉成团,揉成光滑有弹性。
3)将面团割成小面团25g,包入馅料,发酵30分钟至双倍大。
4)大火蒸10分钟,熄火取出。
