Preserved Papaya
Ingredients:


1.5kg a bit ripe papaya
3 nos lemon
40g sour plum
100g brown sugar
3tbsp white vinegar

Method:-

1) Peel the a bit ripe papaya and thinly sliced then wash with salt water, then rinse well and let it dry for about half and hour.
2) In a big bowl add in lemon juice, white vinegar, brown sugar, sour plum and papaya.
3) Stir it all ingredients well combined and about half and hour stir again until all get well preserved. Then can keep in refrigerate before serving.

*REMARK: I was using sweet plum so I only use 100g of brown sugar, but taste can be adjust to your own taste.
