A) 500gm Butter Cookies Mix (I get this from Ailin Bakery shop)
220gm Butter
1 Eggs
1 tbsp Japan Green Tea Powder
1 tsp Green Tea Essence
100gm Chop Macadamia
B) 200gm Chop White Mohrenglanz
Knead (A) to form a dough then add in (B)
Using desired cutter, shape out cookies
Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes
