Ingredients:
2 tbsp custard powder
50 g Hoen Kwe cake flour (yellow) - 1/2 tube
80 g sugar
dash of salt
450 ml coconut milk (fresh/instant)
1 can cream corn
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a pot.
2. Keep on stirring over medium heat until mixture becomes thick and well mixed.
3. Pour into selected mould and refrigerate until set.
