Trifle Berries creme chocolate cake - by Patricia BeBe

Recipe ~

Ingredients
• Chocolate Cake (any type)
• Bluberries 50g
• Strawberries 4 pcs
• Whipped Cream 250ml
• Icing Sugar 2tbsp

Method
1) Cut cake into 4pcs ( using a shape cutter or used canned )
2) Smash Strawberries w/ back of a fork
3) Whisk whipping cream till peak & add in icing sugar
4) Fold in smashed strawberries slowly
5) Keep aside 1/3 of cream,
add in blueberries to the remaining cream
5) Place a pc of cake & spread the berries cream & repeat
6) Pipe the strawberry cream on top
