450g Plain Flour
285g Nuts(cashewnut/almond)
285g Chocolate Chip
230g Butter
230g Brown Sugar
115g Icing Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
Half tsp Salt
Method:
Preheat oven.Beat butter,brown sugar n icing sugar till well mix.folled by bicarbonate of soda and salt.add in egg and mix well.add in the flour till it form a soft dough.fold in the chocolate chip and nuts.let it rest for 10mins.bake for 15-20mins with temp 180.
