DURIAN cheese cake＊(no baked & sugar free durian cheese cake)
cake base
melted butter 120g
digestive biscuits 12 pcs
45g raw sugar (optinal)
durian 400g (if the durian sweet you can omit the sugar)
cream cheese 250g
whipping cream 500ml
gelatine sheet 20g(水解豬皮凍)
make(x3) @ 5' inch round
Refrigerate until set. Serve.
