Recipe ,Pumpkin huat kueh

200 pumpkin ,
180 sugar ,
1 egg, 
2 tsp yeast 
30gm water 
150gm coconut, 
230hongkong flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder 

Pumpkin steam than mashed than leave it cool . 
than at in sugar, follow by the yeast ,
water ,than coconut milk ,
flour than prove for an hour,,
After an hour steam with high heat for 20 mins
