Nutella mug cake today! Quick and Easy and can be done in 5 mins in the microwave
Recipe adapted from Eugeniekitchen.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Nutella
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (increase by 2 teaspoons if you want. Some people say this cake is less sweet to their liking.)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
First, in a mug, add in an egg, milk, vegetable oil, and Nutella. Stir until combined.
Sift in flour & cocoa powder. stir until well mixed.
Now the batter should be pretty liquidy.
And microwave for 1 minute. The power of individual oven is different, so be careful. Then repeat microwaving until the cake is done.
