Ingredients:
For The Cupcakes:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
For the frosting:
2 sticks melted butter
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
Toppings:
graham crackers
chocolate bar
mini marshmallows
Supplies:
mixing bowl
whisk
measuring cup
muffin/cupcake tray
cupcake liners
For the cupcakes:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Line muffin/cupcake tray with liners.
Step 3:
Melt chocolate chips.
Step 4:
In mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth consistency. Do not over mix.
Step 5:
Pour batter into cupcake liners & bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Step 6:
Begin the frosting!
For the frosting:
Step 1:
Melt butter & chocolate chips in separate microwavable bowls.
Step 2:
Mix together all ingredients until fluffy.
Step 3:
Scoop frosting into large ziploc bag.
Step 4:
Cut triangle off the end of one bag & frost cupcakes through that hole.
Step 5:
Top cupcakes with marshmallows, chocolate, & graham cracker.
Step 6:
