花生糖
材料:
花生米 300g
核桃仁 80g
芝麻 70g
白糖 100g
牛油 20g
蜂蜜 100g

做法:
1、花生米入预热150度的烤箱烤20分钟左右至熟,去掉外皮。

2、核桃入预热150度的烤箱烤12分钟左右至熟,去掉外皮。

3、花生放入厚实的密封袋,用擀面仗略压碎。

4、芝麻也烤熟(我用的熟芝麻)将三种干果混合均匀备用

5、取一平底容器抹薄薄一层牛油,准备白糖和蜂蜜,炒锅放入牛油,小火加热。

6、牛油溶化后倒入白糖和蜂蜜,小火慢慢炒至白糖完全溶化颜色变深,用筷子沾一点糖浆迅速浸入冷水中能凝固变脆即可。

7、倒入混合干果,快速翻炒,让糖浆均匀裹在干果上,关火,倒入事先抹油的容器中,尽量压平,稍放至不烫手时即可切块。

贴士:

1、花生、核桃和芝麻也可以炒熟。
2、牛油可以换成等量的花生油或者色拉油(cooking oil)
3、炒糖浆一定要小火慢炒。
4、不烫手即可切块,否则不容易成形。
