Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup self-raising flour (sifted)
1/2 cup caster/super fine sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract / Vanilla bean paste
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C or 350F. Also line a 12 cupcake tray.
2. cream butter and sugar until light.
3. mix eggs one at the time, then vanilla
4. fold in the flour until combined
5. bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
You can make cupcakes with any cake recipe can make 9-10 cupcake
