U need the 8" square ring tin
Ingredients
500g Mascarpone Cheese
480g (2cups) Whipping Cream
1 cup Castor Sugar
1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (I use vanilla bean paste)
2 packets of lady finger biscuits
3-1 instant coffee
Marsala Wine
Cocoa Powder
Steps
1) Add some warm water to the instant coffee and put in fridge to chill before you add in the marsala wine (depend how strong u want the taste to me). Set aside in the fridge until u need to use it
2) Place the cheese, whipping cream, sugar & vanilla extract into the mixer bowl n beat till its smooth and stiff peak
3) Assemble it by placing the biscuits in the tin. Brush it with the coffee & marsala mixture. Add in the cheese mixture, spread well. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
4) 2nd layer do the same as (3). U can do up to 3 layers for it
5) Once done, put it in the fridge overnight before u remove the tin and decor with the biscuits at the side of it.
