Ingredient:
250g Butter
175g Sugar
4 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Condensed Milk
130g Plain Flour
80g Semolina Flour
60g Grounded Almond
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Cream butter and Sugar till creamy n fluffy ,then add condensed milk. Followed by eggs,one at a time. Once all well combined,Fold in all the dry ingredients
Add vanilla essence n finally transfer batter to a 8" X 8" square cake tin ,sprinkle some roasted almond slices and bake in a Preheated oven at 165C for 35-45 mins..... Depends on your oven,best check after 30mins with a satay-stick.
