猪肠粉-by May Seow
材料:
粘米粉-80g
澄粉-2小匙
粟米粉-2小匙
水330ml
油-2匙(最后才加入)
做法:
1)把面糊材料拌匀。
2)最后才加入油。
3)的水沸腾了,把面糊倒进。
4)蒸3分钟就好了。
5)喜欢葱花可以一起蒸。

甜酱油:
水-6汤匙
生抽-1汤匙
老抽-1汤匙
蚝油-1汤匙
麻油-1汤匙
糖-2汤匙
(视个人喜好)将以上材料混合煮滚,然后一点的薯粉和水拌均匀,勾个芡,让它有一点的浓稠度就可以了。

Materials:
Riceflour-80g
wheat starch -2 tsp
Corn flour -2 tsp
Water 330ml
Oil -2 spoon (the last to join)

Practice:
1) Mix the batter material.
2) finally add oil.

4) steamed three minutes just fine.
5) can be steamed like scallions together.

Sweet Soy Sauce:
-6 Tablespoons water
-1 Tablespoon soy sauce
-1 Tablespoon soy sauce
-1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
-1 Tablespoon sesame oil
-2 Tablespoons sugar

(Depending on personal preference) mixing the above materials and bring to boil, and then a little flour and water, mix well, hook a gravy, let it have a little stiffness on it.
