Bak kwa.
I adapted from http://belachan2.blogspot.com/2006/06/bak-kua.html?m=1
I made slight modification to the recipe :
1 lb (~ 450 gram) ground pork
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 cup (~64 gram) sugar
1/2 tsp Kecap manis
(You may try adding 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, I didn't add this time) . Method is the same as "little corner of mine" except I used "broil" function of oven for the last 2 minutes.
