**Polka Dot Pudding Jelly-Wish everyone Happy Mid-Autumn Festival. Anyone spot the Moon?**
Polka Dots Pudding Jelly
(Makes 6” square pan)
Ingredients (Bottom Layer)
5g agar agar powder
500ml water
7-9tbsp sugar
12pcs mixed pudding cup (Cut into small cube for bottom)
1 pack of Lychee Nata De Coco
Ingredients (Top Milk Layer)
5g agar agar powder
350ml water
7-9tbsp sugar
100ml fresh milk
9pcs mixed pudding cup (Cut the bottom pudding so that can sit firm)
Method (Bottom Layer)
-Wet a 6” square pan, put the chopped Mixed Pudding and Lychee Nata De Coco.
-Boil agar agar till sugar dissolve, slowly pour into 6” square pan.
Method (Top Milk Layer)
-Combine water, sugar and agar agar powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then add in milk, slowly pour the milk jelly mixture on bottom layer.
-Leave it for a while and add in 9pcs of Mixed Pudding on the top layer. When it is set, Chill in the fridge. Enjoy your Jelly!
