100 gms Dark choc
100 gms butter
75 gms SR flour
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
120 gms castor sugar
Salt
3 eggs
100 gms semi - sweet choc chips
Cheesecake mixture:
200 gms cream cheese
2 egg yolks
75 gms castor sugar
Cream together cream cheese; 2 egg yolks and 75 gms sugar till fluffy. Keep aside.
Melt dark chocolate with butter. Cool it.
Add eggs, sugar, mix well into the melted chocolate/butter.
Fold in sifted flour, cocoa powder and salt if using it.
Add the choc chips and mix quickly.
Pour into a prepared square tin.
Then add 1 tbsp dollop of cream cheese mixture at intervals.
Use a thin knife or a satay stick and swivel the white and choc mixture to form a nice marbled pattern.
Bake for 30 mins in a 180C oven.
It's ready when u see the sides are set and the centre is slightly wobbly.
Cool brownies for 30 mins before cutting it into serving squares.
Enjoy.
Notes: if using all semi -sweet choc - you can reduce the sugar by 20 gms.
