Apple Jam - by Ng Mee Teng

Home-made Apple Jam:
700g Green Apple - peel & core
300g Fructose sugar or Organic Raw Sugar Cane Brown Sugar

20ml Lemon Juice
300ml Water

- Blend apple with water. Pour into saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients & cook over high heat till boil.
- Reduce to medium heat & stir continuously till thicken for approximately 30-40 mins.
- Spoon into clean dry jar while it is still hot. Cover top with doyleys paper & cover tightly.
- Refrigerate once cool.
