Home-made Mango Jam:
500g Ripe Mangoes
20ml Lemon Juice
200g Fructose or Castor Sugar
- Peel & slice mangoes into pieces. Blend till fine & smooth.
- Place all ingredients in saucepan & cook over medium heat till mixture is thick, approximately 30-40mins.
- Spoon jam into clean and dry jar while it is still hot. Cover top with doyleys paper n close the lids. Let it cool & refrigerator.
