Ingredients:
10 eggs
150gm castor sugar
200gm Hong Kong flour
1 tbsp ovallette
100gm horlicks
450gm butter
1 can condensed milk
250gm cream cheese
Method:
1) Beat eggs, sugar, flour, horlicks and ovallette till thick.
2) Separately beat butter, milk and cream cheese till white. Add that to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
I divided the batter into 13 and coloured 6 of it in the relevant rainbow colours. Bake layer by layer until done. My oven temperature was 200degrees and I used a 9" square tray.
