Fillings
5 tablesp oil
1 medium red onion chopped
2 1/2 teasp chicken curry powder
1 teasp chilli powder
1/2 teasp tumeric powder
1/2 cup diced chicken breast
2 large potatoes diced and boiled
1/2 teasp sugar salt and black pepper each
Pastry
455g plain flour
142g margarine
3/4 cup water
1/2 teasp salt
Mix flour margarine water and salt to form a dough.
Rest for 30 min.
Fried onions with oil add spices them potatoes and chicken and cook for 5 mins
