500g Dragon Fruit Puree
200g Fructose Sugar or Raw Sugar Cane Brown Sugar
20ml Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat with high flame till boil.
- Reduce to medium flame n stir continuously till thicken approximately 30-40 mins.
- Pour into clean & dry jar. Cover with doyleys paper n close the lids.
- Refrigerate once cool.
