110g butter (soften)
110g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
110g sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
Method:
Beat butter n sugar till light n creamy.
Add eggs gradually, mix well after each addition.
Mix in sifted flour. Beat well.
Lastly add in 2 tbsp orange juice. Mix well.
Spilt into 4 bowls n add colouring... mix well n scoop into cupcake cases. Preheat oven at 150. Bake for 20 mins or till tester comes out clean...
