Mango ice cream - By Fiona Lau

Ingredients:
800g Ripe Mango
500g non-diary whipping cream / fresh milk
800g vanilla ice-cream


Method:
Wash and peel the skin from the mangoes. cut them into pieces.
Puree the mango in blender. In a mixing bowl add the mango puree with whipping cream.
Beat it at low speed for 2 minutes and then add the vanilla ice-cream and Mix well.
Transfer it to empty container freeze it for 6 hours.
Once the ice set nicely, Serve it.
