Simple moist banana walnut cake by Sifu Kenneth Goh @ Guaishushu's Pg

Ingredients:
250 grams of butter
250 grams of mashed banana
250 grams of self-raising flour, sift
250 grams of sugar
50 grams of fresh milk
100 grams of chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (optional)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
4 eggs

Steps
1) Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and lightly greased a 8" square baking tin
2) Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3) Add eggs one of by one until the butter and sugar fully absorbed the egg.
4) Add mashed banana, stir until well mix
5) Add in baking soda and cinnamon powder
6) Sift in 1/3 flour followed by 1/3 of of milk. Use a spatula to fold in until well combined. Performed the remaining 2/3 of the flour and milk. Add in chopped walnut and stir well.
7) Transfer to the 8" square baking tin
8) Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or when a skewer inserted in the center of cake comes out clean.
