1) Bread Flour 150g
2) Wholemeal Flour 100g
3) Butter 15g
4) Caster Sugar 2 Tbsp (24g)
5) Matcha Powder 1.5 Tbsp
6) Salt 1 Tsp (5g)
7) Fresh Milk 190ml
8) Instant Dry Yeast 1 Tsp (2.8g)
9) Red Bean (Cooked & Cooled) 1/2 - 1 cup
Put all ingredients except red bean into breadmaker according to your breadmaker instructions (Usually wet followed by dry ingredients) then set it to soft bread, press start. When you hear alarm sound from your maker, add in red bean.
