2 large parsnips, peeled and each parsnip cut into 6 wedges
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. runny honey
3 tsp. My Secret Kitchen Aussie Roast Spices
1 tsp. sea salt
In a bowl, whisk together the oil and honey before adding the Aussie Roast Spices and the sea salt. Par boil the parsnips for 5 minutes drain and add to the roasting marinade, mix to coat thoroughly and put to one side for 10 minutes before roasting for 15 -20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a any roast dinner or cold with a dip or two!
