Celebritized in Chicago | Shanna Lakin | Lemonade Popsicles

While everyone knows "summer breeze makes you feel fine," this winter breeze when it isn’t even November yet? Not so much. So on those stormy, cold days when we want to pretend it's still somewhat bearable outside this sweet treat is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that will bring you back to your Seals & Crofts summer days.

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Crystal Light On The Go Mix Sticks
• 8 cups of water (per each packet)
• optional: gummy bears

 Supplies:

• pitcher
• mixing spoon
• popsicle tray
• popsicle sticks

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Step 1:

combine one packet of Crystal Light with 8 cups of water in a pitcher

Step 2:
stir until completely mixed together

Step 3:
pour lemonade in the popsicle tray until full (for more variety add in gummy bears or another small, sweet treat!) 

Step 4:
cover popsicle tray & add in popsicle sticks

Step 5:
freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen

Step 6:
enjoy!

Chef or Takeout: Well, I like baking a lot but I LOVE going to tons of new restaurants so I typically end up only cooking about once a week.

If you could have dinner with one person who would it be and where would you go: People are going to laugh but everyone who reads my blog knows I’m obsessed with Kristin Cavallari. It’s hard to choose where I would go…I don’t know, maybe Sunda?

Personal style icon:Kristin Cavallari or Rachel Zoe. Kristin dresses so simple and basic and is so naturally pretty so I’ve always sort of been obsessed with her. I guess both of them are designers now and they both know how to dress basic but still make a stylish statement with their outfits.

Favorite Store: Shopbop…that’s definitely where I get all my clothes.
