Makes 14 egg tart (7cm mould)
21g pastry/ each
Pastry:
100g Butter
40g Eggs
30g Icing Sugar
200g SuperFine Flour
Egg Filling:
2 Eggs
140ML Milk
110ML Whipping Cream
40g condensed milk + 30g sugar
