Using the same steamed milo/choc cake recipe, today I baked it, & it works! Texture is even softer! Yen Tee, experiment passed

Milo Steamed Cake

Mixed 3 eggs & 50g sugar till dissolve
Add in 1 pkt of 3-in-1 milo(30g)
Add in 65g milk
Add in melted 70g butter
Lastly add in 140g self raising flour
Pour mixture into mould & steam for 15 mins

PS: I don't have 3-in-1 milo so I replaced with regular milo.
I also reduced SR flour to 120g & replaced with 20g cocoa powder to give a more chocolatey taste.
Bake at 200C for 10-15 mins!
