Recipe Credit to Lim Lee Lim
500g Optima Flour (海绵蛋糕)
50g self-raising flour
6A six eggs
100 ml Low Fat Milk
1tsp Chocolate Flavor
Method:
-Beat eggs till white and bubble form, add the rest of all ingredients above quickly stir at 5 minutes and beat with mixer again at high speed for another 5 minutes.
-After mix well pour into a mould or basket with paper.
-Sprinkle coarse sugar such that it forms a cross on the surface of cake batter
-(this is important to get a nice crack effect)
-And using high heat to steam for 30 minutes
