500g Sponge Cake Mix (海绵蛋糕)
50g self-raising flour
6A six eggs
150 ml Low Fat Milk
1tsp Chocolate Flavor
*150gm Melted butter
Method:
-Beat eggs till white and bubble form,
-Add the rest of all ingredients above quickly stir at 5 minutes and beat with mixer again at high speed for another 10 minutes.
-Then add in the melted butter and combine well.
-After mix well pour into a Mini mould or paper cups.
-And using high heat to steam for 30 minutes
