This yummy mangoes pudding
Mango Pudding ~ by Fiona
600gm Mango pulp ( i blender the mango till smooth)
500ml fresh Milk
15g Gelatine
100gm of sugar
1. soaked little milk with gelatine leave a side
2 .add the remaining milk, sugar, bring to boil and do not over boil the milk . and add in gelatine at same time till it dissolve and melt
3 add in mango pulp that i blend to the milk / gelatin Stir
4. pour the batter into a mold and set in the refrigerator
5. sever with some whipped cream/ evaporated milk(at you own choice) before you eat
or you also can add some mangoes pulp .. tks Q and happy mango pudding day
