No half egg issue with this one. Eggless Almond Butter cookies
Recipe below if your interested
125g Butter
120g Flour
15g corn flour
45g Sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
50g almond meal (I blended whole toasted almonds)
Cream butter and sugar till light. Fold in all the dry ingredients. Shape into balls or press out desired shapes with a cookie pump. Bake at 170 deg for 15-20mins.
