Every oven has different thermostat, you may have to adjust the temperature and timing to suit your own oven.
Orange Cup Cakes -By Nancy Tok
25gm corn oil
35gm orange juice (fresh)
3 egg
95gm sugar
100gm plain flour
Pinch of salt
Zest from the orange
-Oil & juice mix, set aside
-whisk egg & sugar together .
-Add zest & flour in 3 separate stage.
-Fold to combine.
-Once combine, add oil & juice.
-preheat 160'c & Bake at 20 min
