【福建猪肉丸 Hokkian Style Pork Meat balls】(English Version)  - Kit Wai's kicthen - share by Jovita Ng

材料:
1) 猪肉碎 2公斤
2) 马蹄 600g (切碎)
3) 小葱头仔 1公斤 (切碎)
4) 蒜头 500g (切碎)

调味料:
1) 1 1/2茶匙 盐
2) 汤匙 生抽
3) 汤匙 薯粉
4) 面粉 250g


做法:
1) 把所有材料和调味料放入碗中拌匀至起胶。

2) 将肉馅放入掌心,握成拳,让肉馅从大拇指和食指形成的坏圈中挤出,形成丸子或直接搓成丸子。
3) 预先烧热油,将肉丸放入,炸至变金黄色或至熟即可。
原者温馨提醒:
1) 这个食谱的分量做出来蛮多的,可以吃几餐呢!( 没办法,我们家人多啊!)

2) 我的家公是用刀切碎小葱头仔和蒜头的,我很懒直接用搅拌机来打碎 ( 打到大概就可以了,不要太碎哦! )
3) 小葱头仔和蒜头可提升肉丸的味道,建议可多加。
4) 调味料的分量是大概的哦,咸度可自行调整。
5) 炸肉丸时,如果肉丸会散开可多加面粉。




【Hokkian Style Pork Meat balls】
Ingredients:
1) 2kg minced pork
2) 600g water chestnuts (chopped finely)
3) small onions 1kg ( finely chopped )
4) garlic 500g ( finely chopped )


Seasoning:
1) 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
2) 2 tbsp light soy sauce or to taste
3) 2 tbsp tapioca flour
4) 250g all-purpose flour


Method:
1) Mix ingredients and seasoning in a mixing bowl . Mix until well-combined and sticky . Marinate for an hour .

2) Form it into little balls .
3) Drop the balls of meat into a pot of hot oil, deep fry till golden brown. Dish out and serve with rice.
