Ingredients:
300 g self-raising flour
200 g Gula sugar
170 ml water
130 g coconut milk
pandan leaves
Method:
Cook brown sugar and pandan leaves. Remove from heat and leave aside to cool down. In a bowl, add flour. Then, add sugar syrup slowly followed by coconut milk. Steaming time depends on how big your mould is. Small mould takes 10 minutes.
