Pork (lean meat) 1kg
Fish sauce 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
brown Sugar 10 tbsp
Pepper a pinch
Shao heng wine 2 tbsp (optional)
2tbsp sesame
1/2 tsp five spice powder
Method
cut the port into cube and steam pork for abt 30 min
Take out pork from soup, drain water n let it cook down, For abt 1/2hr.
Put the pork into a plastic bag n roll it with a roller. Now u will see the pork break into stripes of meat.
Mix the above ingredients in a separate bowl till sugar dissolve.
Add the mixture into the plastic bag n rub the mixture to coat nyok ngan.
Set your Bm to jam function and pour everything into the bm.
Start the Bm.
15 mins before the ending, keep checking in case your Bm is hotter n u might need to off it earlier.
