Peanut butter goes great with everything: pretzels, chocolate, ice cream, & pancakes. So what if I told you I combined all of those ingredients & turned them into a tower of Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Crunch Ice Cream Pancakes. Brace yourself.
for the pancakes:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Pretzel Crisps Dark Chocolate Crunch, crushed
for topping:
peanut butter & jelly ice cream
peanut butter
jelly
Supplies:
Step 1:
In large mixing bowl, combine all pancake ingredients except for the Pretzel Crisps. Stir until smooth.
Step 2:
Place skillet on stove over low-medium heat.
Step 3:
Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto skillet & smooth out with bottom of spoon, creating a circle in an even layer. Add Pretzel Crisps Dark Chocolate Crunch.
Step 4:
Cook for roughly 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom & firm around sides.
Step 5:
Flip with spatula & cook for an additional 1 minutes or until golden.
