Matzo Toffee, Snicker's Bars, & now Caramel Apples. Is there anything caramel doesn't go with? Nope, not one thing.
Ingredients:
4 large apples
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 stick butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Supplies:
Step 1:
Wash & dry apples. Scoop out apples with scooper & set aside.
Step 2:
Dry off apple bites & line on parchment paper.
Step 3:
Over medium heat, combine sugar & butter. Stir until boiling.
Step 4:
Let boil for 3 minutes & remove from heat. Add in salt & vanilla.
Step 5:
Dip apples in caramel & place on parchment paper.
Step 6:
Place sticks into apples & enjoy!
