約9-10個

材料:
高筋麵粉100g,
低筋麵粉100g,
速發乾酵母2g
細砂糖30g
蜂蜜15g,
鹽1/8茶匙,
雞蛋1顆(50g),
35度c溫牛奶80g,
無鹽奶油60g,
珍珠糖30g,


Belgian Waffle

Ingredients :
100g bread flour
100g cake flour
2g instant yeast
30g Caster sugar
15g honey
1/8 teaspoon Salt (0.6g)
1 egg
80g warm milk (35°C)
60g unsalted butter
30g parelsuiker
