Ingredients:
blue frosting
goldfish crackers
graham crackers, crushed
Supplies:
cupcake tray
cupcake liners
mixing bowl
whisk
butter knife
Step 1:
Bake cupcakes as directed.
Step 2:
Frost entire top with frosting.
Step 3:
Crush graham crackers & sprinkle along the bottom half of cupcake.
Step 4:
Decorate with goldfish & sprinkles. Enjoy!
