butter 130g
icing sugar 70g
egg 1
top flour or cake flour 160g
potato flour 60g
cream butter n icing sugar till pale add egg mix till combined add in all sif flour combined take out one spoon of dough mix any color u prefer put dough in plastic bag flatten chill in frige for 15mins . take it out cut any shape u likes plc on baking tray chill in frige again for 15mins than bring to pre heat oven bake at 170°for 25mins or till cook happy baking!
