Ingredients:
1kg gula malaca / dark brown sugar
500gm sugar
1300ml water
Pandan leaves.
Put all above ingredients in a pot use low heat to dissolve the sugar and gula malaca. Set aside to be cold.
2kg plain flour
1000ml coconut milk
1tbsp baking powder and baking soda
3 eggs
Sieves flour in a big bowl pour in the sugar syrup mix well. Add eggs mix well. Add coconut milk and baking powder and soda mix well.
Then pour it to mould and steam for 2-3 hrs for big mould. 1hr for small mould.
