250g butter /magarine
170g castor sugar
2egg yolk
Cream butter n sugar until fluffy then add egg yolk.
B
320g cake flour(rose)/plain flour
150g brownie
premix(cocoa powder)
150g almond flakes
1tsp Cgdabp (double action baking powder )
Mix all B ingredients together n add A to form a dough. Line a 9"rectangle baking tray with greaseproof/prachment paper. Press dough in tray.Chilled in fridge or freeze until firm.Thaw it for l hr cut in thick slices. Preheat oven bake at 180'c for 20mins.
